PSV Presence was made visible to radars and to scrambled fighters from Carlswell NAS in order to test collision avoidance systems. Are UFOs inputs or outputs of the system? If they are proven as outputs, rather than inputs, wouldn't that mean we need to rethink our entire weapon assignment theory? From the control system theory it seems better to take a hostile incoming missile for a UFO than to take a UFO for a friendly aircraft. That's our challenge right now.
